Closing Time Services opened its doors in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania in 2025. After many years of title, real estate and lending experience, our Founders wanted to create a title agency that would deliver high quality service, clear communication, and a commitment to making the closing process stress free and personalized. With these as our guiding principles, we have a team of highly experienced, well trained title professionals ready and able to assist you throughout the closing process.
Meet Our Team
Dana Santangelo – Managing Partner, nearly 25 years of title experience, with nearly 20 of them managing multiple teams. Her innate ability to solve problems and think outside-the-box benefits the team and clients almost daily.
Chatrice Goldsmith – Title Closer with nearly 10 years of closing experience, and over 10 years of real estate experience prior to that. Her willingness to go above beyond for her clients makes her real asset to our team.
Tara Luzio – Title Processor with over 15 years of experience. She brings a meticulous eye for detail, as well as exceptional communication skills making her the cornerstone of our team.
